Where It All Began
A vision to remove barriers and bring safety and swimming lessons directly to communities that needed it most.
Founded on a Simple Idea
In 2013, Julie Devinny, a highly accomplished fitness professional, recognized a fundamental problem: so many people wanted to prioritize their health but faced real obstacles getting to traditional gyms.
Seniors in independent living communities. Busy professionals at corporate campuses. Families in HOA neighborhoods. Resort guests on vacation. They all wanted quality fitness programming, but the brick-and-mortar gym model wasn't serving them.
Julie's solution was revolutionary in its simplicity: bring exceptional fitness instruction directly to people where they already gather. No commute. No gym membership. No excuses.
Julie started bringing swim lesson programming to communities in 2024 after recognizing the obstacle for parents to get their children to traditional swimming lesson facilities. She responded by offering swimming lessons to a few communities, which quickly grew to a multi-state operation - driving the operational decision to create Foresight Swim Lessons as a separate entity in 2026 to focus exclusively on child safety and swimming lessons. We remain driven by the belief that everyone deserves access to quality swimming lessons no matter where they are.

The Beginning
Julie Devinny launches Foresight Fitness with a vision to bring quality fitness programming directly to communities. First classes begin in senior living facilities and corporate campuses.
Expanding Reach
Program expands to serve luxury apartment communities. Team grows to 25 instructors serving communities across multiple states.
Adapting & Thriving
Successfully navigated pandemic challenges with innovative outdoor programming and enhanced COVID protocols. Emerged stronger with renewed focus on wellness importance.
National Growth
Foresight Fitness becomes recognized as a leader in on-premises fitness programming. Added swimming lessons and resort & hospitality services to complement existing offerings.
Today & Tomorrow
Now serving 200+ locations with 200+ certified instructors delivering 500+ weekly classes. Established Foresight Swim Lessons as it's own independent entity to direct independent focus on the growing swimming lesson portfolio.
